Current Status

The Court has granted preliminary approval of the Settlement. The Court still has to grant final approval of the Settlement. If it does, and if any appeals are resolved in favor of the Settlement, then money will be distributed to those who timely submit a valid Claim Form and qualify for payment. Please be patient.
